Apple Music stations sound quieter than regular songs

I have an issue with Apple Music app on macOS where the music stations have 30-50% lower volume than regular tracks. So, I can start a track and it would play with a normal volume, but as soon as I start a station with it - the track (and all the next tracks) will be played with a lower volume, this happens on both AirPods and internal speakers.

I have Sound Check disabled. This issue doesn't happen on iPhone app and only happens on my Mac.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 15.6

UPDATE: I recently discovered that when I enable “Sound Check,” the volume of all tracks is noticeably reduced, similar to how stations work. Meaning, stations have “Sound Check” enabled even though I have it disabled in my settings. Why is this the case, and why does it work fine on iPhone without any issues?

UPDATE 3: Just updated to macOS 26 and I hoped that the new Apple Music app will fix the issue - not the case unfortunately, the volume issue on stations/radios is still present. I don't really care now about crossfade because the AutoMix feature is working flawlessly.

UPDATE 2: I just noticed that "Crossfade songs" feature doesn't work on macOS app at all. Why is the macOS Apple Music app inferior in every way to iPhone one?
