Incorrect Apple ID showing on multiple Apple devices

My Apple devices have incorrectly identified my Apple ID as 'James ' for years. He is nowhere on my account info, my password has changed many times, my device has changed many times. How is this possible?

I do not know a 'James ' yet a phone number for 'James ' appears in my phone book. And when I search for 'James ' my phone thinks it is me.

What is going on?
