I purchased Macbook air m4 from online store and it was delivered yesterday upon inspecting I found a little black plastic film coming out of back panel please tell me what should I do is it concerning any major problem I have attached photos

IMHO, you're making more of this than necessary, but it's your computer and you will do what you must.
Exchanging the computer is an option.
Another option is to visit the Genius Bar and have them address it there. Five minutes on the bench is likely all that would be required to clean that up.
If this were mine, I'd trim it with an x-acto (razor) blade, or loosen that corner screw and maybe tuck it back inside the case.
But that's me.
