No you do not need to worry about this.

The Library is hidden for a reason. There is no reason for people to be looking inside the hidden Library folder. Anything in the DuckDuckGo folder will be related to DuckDuckGo. If you don't trust DuckDuckGo, then don't install their software and do not use their search engine.

FYI, there are a lot of scary sounding file names all over macOS so it is best not to go looking or you will just worry yourself all about nothing.

Also, macOS has been on a read-only signed & sealed system volume ever since macOS 11.x Big Sur so the core of macOS cannot be modified by anyone other than Apple as long as you don't reduce system security.

You do realize that as soon as you load a website, you have been tracked? It doesn't require a cookie or a script or anything else. The mere connection establishes connection to you.

The concept of "tracking" cookies is all part of the internet security scam.
