Scam payments on apple pay

Hi i have payments I don't recognise on my card using apple pay. I chrcked with my bank and they told me they are using apple pay and I did not make them. How can I get a refund from apple as bank recuses to refund as they were using apple pay.

Make sure to stress to your bank that these are “Fradulent Transactions” and that you are “Disputing” them.


Just because they are ApplePay transactions does NOT necessarily mean that they were made using your device.


(Your bank’s fraud department can readily differentiate exactly which individual device made any particular transaction)

Apple is not a bank and does not approve or decline transactions. Your bank or the payment network operator (Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc.) are responsible for any fraudulent transactions. Please contact the support team at the issuing bank concerning fraudulent use of your card. If the bank has a fraud department (most do) escalate the issue to that support team.
