I paid for an item using Apple Cash but haven't received my order.

Hello. The thing is that on 09/05/25 I bought a dash camera on https://www.rovedashcam.com/ and paid $239.99 with Apple Cash. They sent the package via Amazon. On 10/05/25 the package was allegedly delivered, but that's not true. (At 10:28 am EDT

Package is out for delivery.

Brooklyn, US). At 11:00 am I was standing near my house and waiting for my package, but no one delivered it. I was shocked. I contacted the seller, but he doesn't want to solve this problem. The question is, how can I get my money back?

Unfortunately, there is no easy remedy here. You should contact an Apple Cash Support person at Green Dot Bank, but Apple Cash is a prepaid debit card. Prepaid debit cards are similar to using cash and the dispute process is minimal. The quickest remedy will be to continue to pursue the issue with the merchant and the shipper.
