I'd like to set up a schedule to pay $100 every 1st of the month to a family member. The family member is already in my Family share group. I can't figure out how to set this up to work on the 1st of the month. It always wants to send it right now.

When you open Apple Cash in your Wallet app, tap the button with the 3 dots and look for the menu item named Recurring Payments. The feature was introduced in iOS 17, so you will need at least that version of IOS, which should not be a problem with an iPhone XS. More information about setting it up is available here:

When I set up the "Recurring Payments" as you described, it wants me to send the payment right away. How do I do this at a certain date? (Or day of the month)?
