How do I replace the lithium battery in my iPad after a charger explosion?

I need help making a surged lobotomy on my iPad to fix it. The lithium charger boomed but weirdly it looks intact. Could repair it myself for less cost. I need to replace the lithium in it! But how do I do it. Please give carful instructions.
