iPhone 15 isn't routing audio from calls to my Widex hearing aids

I have an IPhone 15 and Widex hearing aids which are paired with my phone and have directed the audio output to my hearing devises. However, it’s not working that way.

-------

Troubleshooting Hearing Aids and iPhone:

  1. Go Here: Use Hearing Devices with iPhone - Apple Support
  2. Scroll to: Turn on Hearing Aid Compatibility and Stream audio to your hearing devices

Whatelse to Try:

A. Troubleshooting Bluetooth:

Try disabling Bluetooth, and then reenabling it.

B. Re-Pair these:

Unpair them, then reassign them. To do so on your iPhone, go here:

  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Tap: Bluetooth
  3. Tap: the "i" icon next to your Hearing Aids
  4. Tap: Forget This Device
  5. Tap: again to confirm.
  6. Pair these, once more:

C. Contact the Manufacturer:

Contacting the manufacturer of the Bluetooth accessory would help as well. You'd visit their home page, and would the would find their Contact Us link (usually forum on the direct bottom of the page, or on a Contact Us tab.

D. Restore form a Backup:

Have a backup of your iPhone that was made prior to this issue and is off the same iOS version? If you are not concerned with losing data, then restore your iPhone from the backup. If not, then take this as a learning experience, knowing to always backup your iPhone prior to making any changes to it (i.e. updates or uninstallations) incase anything goes wrong arwardwards.
