How can I fix for iPad mini 5 boot loop after iOS 18.4 update?

I have an iPad mini 5 which has been working perfectly until I installed IOS 18.4. It is now bricked! I took it to Apple support and they said the motherboard can’t handle the demand so it goes into a loop and there is nothing they can do. This update broke my iPad! I am very unhappy and really want to roll it back ( if it will ever time on again). I know it is time to upgrade but has anyone had an iPad recover or able to do a rollback?
