Hi, and welcome to the Apple (user-to-user) Community!
Re: "My BeMore hearing aids take the sound even though I have my iPhone set to go through iPhone speaker.
I have to switch off hearing aids to listen to iPhone speaker."
Am no expert in this area, yet your post to the community deserves some response
Wondering which other settings you have in place for controlling and directing the audio for your hearing-aids.
Is could be possible that there are conflicting settings in place
Eg: You may want to check in: Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Devices controls
Else: just taking one / both of the hearing-aids out of your ear(s) may switch the audio to the speaker.
In Apple Support's article: List of Made for iPhone hearing devices - Apple Support
there are just two "BeMore" models listed as compatible with iPhone
BeMore
If you have one of the above models, you may have other ways of controlling / directing the audio.
Eg: Scroll to "Control your hearing device" in the article: Use Made for iPhone hearing devices - Apple Support
(and if you wish, also see : "If you need help" at the bottom)
If your BeMore hearing Aids are not one of the iPhone compatible models, then you likely have to rely on an app from the manufacturer for the control of them.
In either case, keeping the hearing-aids firmware (and / or app) updated to the latest version may be helpful.
