How do I recover a missing Suica transport card in Apple Wallet after paying to charge it?

i put money on my transport card for Japan (Suica) but the card never showed up on my apple wallet again even though I already paid to charge it. The transaction actually went through on my credit card. And i paid through the apple wallet itself and even selected the Suica card from there. I already contacted my bank but they told me to contact the company itself aka apple… please help it was 30.000yen
