Issue with Bluetooth Keyboard Connection on iPad Gen 11

Does anyone know about this issue and how to fix it?

When connecting a Bluetooth logitech keyboard to my iPad Gen 11, the keyboard doesn’t work properly — some letters, like o, i, l, etc., do not appear on the screen when pressed.

However, when I connect the same keyboard to my MacBook, it works fine.

I’ve also tested multiple Bluetooth keyboards with the iPad, and all of them have the same problem: some keys are unresponsive.

Ensure that you have configured the following iPad setting:

Settings > Accessibility > Keyboards > Full Keyboard Access > Full Keyboard Access - set to OFF
