What are my options for repairing a scratched MacBook Air?

There is one authorized repair center here it's called isupport Tbilisi,and on their site I entered my serial code and it said something Abt not having bought the Mac at an authorized resellers or something like that, but I moved to Georgia and bought this Mac and the screen has a minor scratch and I want to replace it,what do I do?
