Mail not working on my iPhone 14 Pro Max after getting network error POSIX 96

I was getting a network error POSIX 96 on my iPhone and have deleted and reinstalled my email account. It was fine for 20 minutes. I was able to get emails that I hadn't received for a few days and now the error is back again. Is anyone else dealing with this?
