Why won't my changes save on Apple Music for Artists Bio?

So when Apple Music for Artists rolled out the Q&A feature for bios. I was excited to use it.

Now, a year later, I wish to delete the bio and questions that I answered. I also wish to delete other names I had listed under my account.

My issue is, no matter how many times I delete them and no matter how many times I change them, with in 10 minutes the exact same information is really populated to my account as if I never hit save.

I reached out to Apple support via the contact link in Apple Music for Artists and have received no communication regarding this. It’s been 3 months that I’ve been attempting to change this.

I simply need somebody from Apple to contact me for assistance. Thank you.
