Why can't I set up Apple TV+ on my TV even after confirming my payment method?

AppleTv+ works on my mobile app, but not able to set up on my TV. I get the message "confirm the payment method on your apple account" which I have done but I still getting the same message and the process stops there..

For what model TV with what year of manufacture is this intended?
