While watching movies that are downloaded and WiFi is off or in airplane mode movies random stop and will not continue to play .., movies are downloaded so WiFi shouldn’t be needed .., so cannot play downloaded moves downloaded to ipad without app crashing .,., apple has not fixed it .

Have you tried closing the tv app and restarting iPad?
Yea the movies are downloaded I see them in the downloaded menu and even went to settings and see them in the storage area .,. And one movie stopped literally 5 different times while watching the movie ,,. I do not touch the iPad so no accident touching screen but it stops then shows the ipad main screen .,. I then touch/select apple tv app ., the downloaded movies show and I have to scroll to the movie I was watching and touch/select movie to continue watching it. …
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app and even have done a factory reset ..,. Seems to keep happening I’ve called the apple service and even went to one of their stores seems to keep happing .,.,
Ok hopefully you can get this fixed. You should be able to watch without wifi. Remember download is per device. If you download on iPad it’s only downloaded to that.
