Can I stop my MacBook Air from going to hibernation when I close the lid?

Macbook air 2024 M3 is hybernating when i close the lid instead of sleeping, how can i stop it?

Yes, it most likely means you have some third party software installed which is causing a problem. Run the third party app EtreCheck and post the complete report here so we can examine it for clues.
