I bought an Apple gift card and tried to use it to no avail. I subsequently sent pictures of the card and receipt to both Apple support and the grocery store I purchased it from.
Neither party would give me a refund.
Apple is the richest company in the world and they will not reimburse a purchase!

Refunds aren’t based on the size of company, market capitalization etc. Refunds are based on the merits of the request.
These communities are not official Apple Support and are a public discussion forum for fellow Apple users to connect and assist each other with tips, suggestions etc.
No one here has access to your personal or financial information. Now, with all the information there are people here willing to read your posts and offer suggestions, but Apple will never see your posts and no one in the community can grant a refund request.

Can you explain in a little more detail what has gone on around the gift card? I don’t understand the stolen part. Was the card in your possession and someone stole it from you?
