Why are my Apple Watch Fitness app alerts not going through headphones?
Does anyone know how to get my headphones to tell me my pace, rather than it going through my watch and telling everyone around me how slow I am?!

When you run do you have your iPhone with you?
If you have your phone with you most likely the headphones are connected to it.
You would need to ensure that your headphones are connected to the watch and that you play music through the watch and not your phone.
