iPhone 13 screen is stuck on voice control

Don't know how it started but my screen won't change from the 'voice control' screen - can't go to any other screen and can't even force restart it.

I have an iPhone 15 and it is stuck in voice app I was checking out things on my phone and tap an arrow for voice. I am not on the app page but my home page but the phone is totally locked. I can't go anywhere but to off. When it reboots it is still stuck. Help!

New iPhone 13/stuck by voiceOver brand new iPhone 13 running OS16.2. At setting stage, shift on Voiceover App. Now the phone is stuck, simply reading whatever I type or whatever showing on screen, can’t turn it off, can’t input password for forced restart, simply reads it back, but password space is not filled by input. really frustrated.
