Can’t add money from card on wallet to apple cash

Everytine I try to add money from my card to my Apple Card it doesn’t go through.

My Apple Cash card keeps saying there's a problem whenever I try to add it to my wallet. I dont know how to fix it, any ideas? It keeps saying card not added then under that it says there was a problem adding this card as a payment method. I never realized you had to add your Apple Cash card to your wallet I thought it was already in there but I'd like to add it so I don't always have to transfer money to my bank account

Is it a debit card, credit card or Apple Account you’re trying to transfer funds from?
