How do I resolve an unexpected charge on my Apple Card for in-app purchases?

so basically, i was playing a game. and i made a few (cough cough impulsive) purchases, and my apple card was at $13.10. I initially thought “okay, it’s probably on a different card.” It wasn’t. My balance stayed at $13.10, and it still says it is. I don’t think i should be in debt because it didn’t lower my funds, and quite frankly, I don’t have $50 to PAY my debt. What the flip do i do? I asked for a refund, but idk if it’ll take me out of debt.
