My Apple Card is sending confirmation to the wrong email

You’ll need to change the email associated with your Apple Account (formerly known as Apple ID and iCloud Account). Please follow the steps by instructions in the Apple Support article below.
Change your Apple Account primary email address - Apple Support
Once the change is made, they go into effect in 5 to 7 days. This is an anti fraud measure.
