The phantom Apple Card

I received a statement stating activity for Jan, Feb & Mar, all zero.


i never signed up for the Apple Card, never received the Card. What can I possibly do?

If you were somehow approved for an Apple Card you should have received an email at the time but you wouldn't receive a physical card unless you requested one after approval.


You can verify whether you were approved for the card by trying to sign into https://card.apple.com/


If you can't sign in there (and you only have one Apple ID or you tried all that you have), you don't have an Apple Card account and the statement may have been some kind of a scam (although it doesn't really sound like that).


If you can sign in there, you do have an Apple Card account. There is an Apple Support article that explains how to close an Apple Card account. Click on the following link: How to close your Apple Card account - Apple Support
