Transfer Lifetime Daily Cash balance

I just finally have the Apple Cash Card set up as well as the Savings account. When I go into the wallet, it tells me my lifetime Daily Cash earned is 85.70. When I ask to transfer to Apple Cash, it only shows 25.06 available to transfer. So what happened to the discrepancy of 60.07? Where is that money? Does it "expire" if you don't transfer it to Apple Cash or Savings? The Apple MasterCard I've had since 2023 and I bought iMac, Watch and some other stuff with it. Thank you
