Hi,
I haven’t paused my activity rings, but they are showing so on my Apple Watch and my past days on iPhone, although are not paused on the app.
Tried to pause and reactivate, restart iPhone and AppleWatch, no success

To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.

Unpairing the watch will erase all content, but, since the watch backup is part of the iPhone backup, you can restore your data when you pair it again.

Before erasing all content and settings on your Apple Watch, your iPhone creates a new backup of your Apple Watch. You can use the backup to restore a new Apple Watch. After your Apple Watch unpairs, you'll see the Start Pairing message.
Now you can set up your Apple Watch again or turn it off if you're selling it or giving it away.

Health Shows Rings Paused, But They’re No… - Apple Community
Apple Support informed me that this is a known issue and it will be fixed in the future with one of the next iOS updates.
I also noticed that the issue looks coming from Health. Rings are unfrozen in Activity App both on Apple Watch and iPhone, but Health is showing that they are paused

I would like to find another way then unpairing AppleWatch as I am afraid I need to go though some setting again and I would like to see if I can avoid this…

Basically the issue looks coming from Health App, where rings are permanently paused although not in iPhone activity app.
Yes but cannot understand how to delete the latest instances. As the issue happened 3 days ago can I delete the instance of 3 days ago? How could I do?

any idea when the problem will be fixed? I have the latest version of iOS 18.4.1 and for a few days my rings have been turning off by themselves
