I'm from US and I am trying to gift my brother a HomePod in Netherlands. However, I am unable to do it despite being on Apple website via Apple Pay, because apparently they require the billing address to be from Netherlands. Have any of you guys faced a similar situation? What can be a work-around?
This is honestly weird, since how can they expect someone to have a Netherlands' billing address if the person is not located there?
This is unrelated to billing address or the card you’re using. Apple does not ship overseas or even outside the country. Apple Gift cards are restricted to redeeming in the country of purchase. The bottom line is, only way to accomplish what you want is to buy the item and ship it yourself.
