Can I get an Apple Card if my bank doesn't support Apple Pay?

If my bank doesn’t support Apple Pay, which they refuse to do, I can’t have an Apple Card??? I’ve been all Apple ever since the very beginning. That’s not right. I hope things have changed somehow on apple’s end hopefully

It doesn't matter whether your bank supports Apple Pay. You can still get and use an Apple Card (unless there is some other reason that you are denied).
