Iphone stuck on switching between photo and record video

On my brand new iphone 16 pro max When I try to switch between photo and video mode in camera app, iphone gets stuck.

iPhone 16 camera fail to record videos or crash when I use the control button I got an iPhone 16 a few days ago, and when i use the camera control button for taking pictures or adjusting anything with my camera it works fine. iPhone camera hangs for 20-30 seconds when switching modes from photo to video and vice versa have iphone 16 pro max put the latest version of ios 18.3 and there is a colossal problem. When opening the camera and switching modes from photo to video and vice versa, the camera hangs for 20-30 seconds. I noticed it recently, but nothing helps not rebooting the device not resetting the settings [Re-Titled by Moderator]

While recording the video it just stops in 15 pro max, camera glitch? Video glitch? I am worried since my iphone 15 pro max whenever i try to shoot, not always but once or twice everyday, video pauses and doesn’t record i need to reshoot the video again in order to capture the video. Is it normal? Or it’s just me? Because when i was buying the phone I didn’t find problem with camera issues, but facing first hand kinda scares me. HELP!!

Have you updated to latest iOS 18.3.1? Have you done a forced restart?
