FCP iPad (10th generation)
Is there any way apple can release a version of FCP for my iPad 10th gen? Because I really want it for my iPad because I can’t afford a Mac.

No. The app only runs on Apple silicon M-series chips.

Try LumaFusion. It's a paid app but it's not expensive and it is well-featured for editing on an iPad.
The software requires the horsepower/feature set of the M series chip to work.
Previous chips don't have the capability to run the software.

Well that's unfortunate but it also doesn't make a lot of sense... Because why cut off the rest of your apple ecosystem just so you can make them update to a newer model whit that chip...
