Tried Apple Help hold option and click at the edge of viewer, only to show transform, crop, distort.
Tried double click at the edge of viewer and others, nothing worked.
Please help.

A message showed up mentioned that t was disabled. I forgot to click "done" while under transform. It works now.

Make sure Draw Mask is selected with a yellow outline.
I have been caught out in the past by not clicking "Done".
Initially I spent hours thinking I'd got a bug until Tom told me to click Done.
