Phone freezes when in family settings everyone I open it. When I close it down and go back to settings the screen goes black and freezes again. I have to close down again, go back to settings, click on family then wait about 10 seconds before going any further then it will work. A frustrating issue which needs looking at

I’m having the same issue. Mine just freezes and I have to force close myself out of the settings menu. Very frustrating.
I did that and it worked but only that once. Started freezing up again later that day.

I did the thing where you go to
settings -> search -> screen time
look up person then I could fix it
(PS I couldn’t find an unused name so I typed random letters)

It seems since last 18.4 Update the error is fixed fo me
The 18.4 update has sorted this problem. About time apple!!
