Why is my Apple Watch corners unresponsive after update?

As an example, if I want to turn off my Apple Watch the button on the corner is not responsive there, I have to press almost in the middle of the screen to active it. Idk what is going on but it started after the last update. Also when I was trying to set a passcode I couldn’t use 1 & 3, it was not aligned. Absolut bummer and apart of this community one can’t even complaint properly
