Why is my watch still vibrating when Do Not Disturb is on? I set DND on my iPhone and see that DND is shown as On on my Watch. However, I still get vibrations dor notifications.
This is for my wife's Series 7 watch running watchOS 10.6

Did you check, if on the paired iPhone in Settings/Focus/Do Not Disturb/Allow Notifications/ -> "Non allowed" is selected for People and Apps?
And under Options, Silence Notifications should be set to "Always"

I guess, you did already try to force restart your iPhone and Apple Watch?

To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.
Yes, those are set properly, so that is not the issue.
