MacBook Pro random shutdowns with error "kernel: (Sandbox) Sandbox: softwareupdated(97) deny(1) nvram-get aapl,panic-info"

macOS Monterey

MacBook Pro randomly shuts down and the error in the log file always contains this message

kernel: (Sandbox) Sandbox: softwareupdated(97) deny(1) nvram-get aapl,panic-info

MacBook Pro seems to be able to avoid random shutdowns when disconnected from network or when running is Safe Boot mode.

This implies you most likely have an issue with third party software that is installed. Run the third party app EtreCheck and post the complete report here so we can examine it for clues.
