I have a macbook out of a heritage. Can I use it?

I don't have acces.

Without full details it's difficult to do more than guess, but if you mean that you are unable to log into the Mac because you lack the password, then it's quite possible that the Mac cannot be used by you or anyone else. You can try the steps starting with #6 in this support article:


What to do before you sell, give away, trade in, or recycle your Mac - Apple Support


but if it still insists on an Apple ID and password, then someone in the family needs to try to get access to the original owner's Apple Account, necessary to release the lock on that Mac.


How to request access to a deceased family member’s Apple Account - Apple Support


If no one is able to get access, then that Mac is probably now useless and should just be recycled.
