WIFE and STEPSON harassed me for 2 years utilizing spyware

Dear Apple Support Team,

I am reaching out regarding an ongoing issue with cyberstalking and harassment that has deeply impacted my life. Over the past two years, my phone has been compromised multiple times, leading to an invasion of my privacy, theft of sensitive information, and constant emotional distress.

I first noticed suspicious activity when I would hear strange sounds during phone calls with clients—sounds like bong rips, a baby crying, or horns honking. It felt orchestrated, as if someone was using a soundboard to interfere. To make matters worse, private conversations I had—both on calls and in text messages—would later be referenced in court or used in passive-aggressive comments, making it clear my device was being monitored.

I decided to investigate and used a program called iMazing, which confirmed spyware on my phone. Tracing backups revealed the issue existed as far back as early 2023. Despite wiping my phone, avoiding cloud syncing, and staying offline, the spyware would reinstall within a day. At first, I thought I was being paranoid, but my fears were confirmed during a court trial.

While in the courtroom, I overheard the opposing party’s son boasting about "hacking my phone." A friend who was present recorded his statements, which included details about my location, intercepted messages, video footage of private moments, and even "honeypot" conversations I had set up as traps. The recording also captured a critical moment during a recess: as the opposing party exited the courtroom, her son said, "Well, Mom hacked his Dropbox," to which she replied, "Not until after he hacked mine." I can state with absolute certainty that I never accessed her Dropbox or any of her accounts.

From my research, I believe the software used against me included MobileSpy, mSpy, and a geofencing tool from Bark. I also observed unusual network activity, such as spikes in RDP and MAC connections, when analyzing traffic with Wireshark.

I am asking for Apple’s assistance to investigate this matter further. Specifically:

Does Apple retain historical records of IP addresses, device connections, or other logs tied to my account or devices?

Is there any way Apple can provide information to support my claim and help trace the sources of this intrusion?

I am more than willing to provide the data I have collected, including screenshots, recordings, logs, and backups. My goal is to put an end to this cyberstalking and harassment, which has caused immense emotional distress and disrupted my personal and professional life.

On a broader note, this situation highlights an important issue: abuse is not limited by gender. Men can also be victims of emotional, physical, and cyber abuse. When dealing with a narcissistic abuser, the journey to justice can feel isolating and overwhelming. I encourage anyone facing similar struggles to keep documenting everything, no matter how minor it seems, and never stop seeking the truth.

Cyberstalking, harassment, and abuse are crimes, and it’s time to hold perpetrators accountable.

Apple, I ask for your help in addressing this grave matter.

Sincerely,

me!

I’ve done my due diligence. I created forensic images of my phone, consistently backed it up without overwriting previous backups, and collected screenshots, reports, notes, and recordings. I even contacted Apple Support, but they weren’t helpful. I’ve also reached out to local, county, and federal authorities. All I have so far is a report filed.

The key evidence in this situation is the recordings made outside the courtroom, where they admitted to their actions—bragging about things they saw and did, such as turning on cameras, activating the microphone, checking my emails, reading my texts, and listening to my calls.

This kind of thing is real. It may sound far-fetched or like paranoia, but spyware like Pegasus, mSpy, and EYEZ exists. These programs often escape scrutiny because they’re disguised as parental control software. When one is exposed, they simply rebrand under a different name.

For a while, I thought I was losing my mind. I stopped talking about it, but it always lingered in the back of my mind. When I cleaned up those recordings using Audacity, the truth became clear. I finally knew I wasn’t crazy—and I identified who did it. It was a relief after two years of uncertainty. While the situation isn’t resolved, knowing the source has made it easier to cope. I’m not one to make accusations unless I’m 100% sure, and now, I am.

Their actions were malicious. California is a no-fault divorce state, so what were they fighting for? It was about my son. By trying to destabilize me emotionally, they’ve made my fight for custody even harder. Now, I’m working to get my evidence submitted properly.

I wasn’t just a hands-on father to my son. I also cooked dinner every night and cared for my three step-sons from a young age. I received no help in raising them, but I never complained. I made sure all the kids were looked after, supported, and cared for. I did school drop-offs and pick-ups, helped with homework, read bedtime stories, and even took my son to work with me on weekends.

Yet, despite all of this, the system still seems biased toward women. Women can be just as capable of abuse, harassment, and manipulation. It’s time for accountability to apply equally.

I’m reaching out now for help—from the community, Apple Support, or anyone knowledgeable in this area. I’ve taken the right steps: recovering data, creating forensic images, and keeping evidence intact from the start. I believe this is enough to prosecute. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
