export list of all active keybindings in macos

I need to see a complete list of all active key bindings in macOS. Using the keyboard settings user interface is not adequate because you have to keep clicking round the UI so you can't see all the binding at the same time. Is there a command I can run on the command line that extracts all the keybindings from the system. This list should include all the system defaults and anything defined for any applications, ie it has to be universal. I want to create some custom keybindings for custom Automator actions without accidentally overwriting existing ones and its difficult to do this without seeing a complete list all at once.

Mac mini, macOS 15.2
