Несправедливо отношение в игре PUBG MOBILE

Dear Apple Developers and Team,

I am using an iPhone 13 Pro with iOS 18. As we all know, it is impossible to download anything from third-party stores or modify game/application data on an iPhone because there is no access to such features.

I play the game PUBG Mobile and have encountered an unjust account ban in the game. When I was banned, the initial reason stated was "modifying game data." However, I explained and clarified that I play on an iPhone, and it is impossible to modify game data on this device. I also provided evidence to support my claim.

After this, they changed the reason for my ban, claiming that I was using cheats. I then submitted further proof, including screenshots showing that I play without cheats.

Then, they changed the reason for my ban again, stating that I had downloaded the game from a source other than the App Store. I explained to them once more that it is impossible to download anything from third-party sources on an iPhone.

Since then, they have stopped responding to me. Could you please help me with this issue?

This is a user to user forum, neither Apple developers or the Apple team are here, however they couldn't help you even if they were.


PUBG Mobile is not an Apple product, nor is this an Apple issue. You will have to work with the app developer. Apple can't unban you from another company's services.
