iPhone 16 Pro not receiving group text messages

I too am having the same problem. Tried everything recommended. HELP!

It’s not March 2025 and I have same issue. Other platforms say you need to “enable group messaging” but that does t exist in settings.

I have been having this same issue have trouble shooting all the same ways with no resolution this is so frustrating and still no fix! What is apple do to fix this issue??

I believe this has to do with iOS18 and apple wont take responsibility for it. But if you’re having the same problem across different networks on iPhone 16 the only common denominator is iPhone 16.

Same exact problem. AT&T checked everything on their end and referred me to Apple. Missed a lot of updates last night on our granddaughter being born. 😠

I went into Verizon they changed a bunch of setting saying that would fix the problem and still having the same issue! This is so frustrating!

Have you gotten this problem fixed?! Just upgrades phones 3 weeks ago and am having this exact problem.

Did replacing the SIM cards fix the issue?

Not on VPN but experiencing the same issue since upgraded from iPhone 11 to 16 pro.

I’m having the same issue and have only had my phone for 2 weeks! I’ve spent hours on the phone with Verizon, have done everything suggested and still can not receive group texts messages!! 😡
