Music missing from itunes

I have logged into itunes on mac and music has vanished

See Empty/corrupt iTunes/Music library after upgrade/crash - Apple Community for some general advice. Your product line mentions macOS 12.7 Monterey which runs Music rather than iTunes. Did you just upgrade from Mojave or earlier? Music is supposed to be able to convert iTunes .itl libraries into the Music .musiclibrary format but the process seems to stall in the Monterey builds.
