I had purchased music and tv shows in my old iTunes account, used on my laptop. Now when I log in there are only podcasts. I have tried opening an Apple Music account and the music is not there. Where has all my music gone?

This just happened to me too with tv/movies. I'm trying to watch the cast commentary special feature for the digital edition of Wicked that I pre-ordered on apple TV. I can't access the special features/cast commentary version on the apple tv app on roku or web browser or the apple tv app on my laptop (windows). I went to download it on iTunes, the main documented workaround, and now only have access to podcasts and audiobooks on iTunes. Trying to get to movies on iTunes is an endless loop to these options that don't work. Very frustrating.
