Not able to play the videos
I have purchased the course from separate Website , but I am not able to play the videos
Error message - The operation is not supported

What wrapper (.mp4 etc) and codecs (.H.264, AAC etc) do the movies have? You can check them via MediaInfo or Invisor (downloadable from the net).
Or just try to open them with IINA which can play almost every movie flavor.
