Where can I report and send log of recent macOS problems involving keychain?

The past couple weeks, I've been having problems where I'd start up my M3 Macbook and I get a lot of pop-ups saying that "A keychain cannot be found to store "password:-----."

Then I click the option (other than Cancel) "Reset to Defaults."

Which leads to a dialog pop-up:

"Are you sure you want to reset your keychain? This will delete all your saved passwords, keys, and certificates. You cannot undo this operation."
