Roughly I use my Mac m1 for 6 hours daily but after updating my Mac from the latest update the screen time is showing 20+ hours daily I used to close all the processes and I close finder from the system monitor even though I am getting my 20+ hours as my screen time

Screen Time has setting called "Share Across Devices" that will add together any device with the same Apple ID.
