How to Perform an iTunes "Music Merge" Across Multiple Devices WITHOUT Overwriting

I have iTunes music libraries on several devices (iPhone 7+, iPhone 13, iPad Mini 4, iPad Pro 5th Gen, & iMac 6-Core ICi5) and the number of songs on each vary from as few as 164 to over 1,000.

I want to MERGE the music across all devices (there is enough available storage on each device for this). Meaning, I want to create a complete/merged, primary playlist of all songs (without duplicates).

Then, I want to download those songs on all devices so I may listen to the music without an internet connection. If there is a setting I can choose, thereafter, that will keep the devices updated whenever a song is added, I would love to know what it is.

Does anyone have a straight forward, fool-proof approach for doing this? Thank you!

You have options:

Subscribe to Apple Music or iTunes Match and you can keep your library synced across devices automatically.

Manually, you would need to ensure that your Mac has all of your music. Then, your devices sync to the Mac can download all of the music that you have. If you have purchases on devices not in your primary library on your Mac, download to your Mac by using the check for available downloads command under account.
