iPhone Showing Up on iTunes but NOT on Apple Devices App...

Seriously, Apple Devices App - Has anyone able to properly use it on Win 10?

I have just installed it when i refresh my line ups... after installation, it's never able to detect any iPhones connected to my win 10 laptop... at the same time, iTunes does... Anyone able to help me try make the Apple Devices App work? I would like to get prepared for one day that iTunes on Windows is fully decommissioned...

If you have both apps installed in your system and iTunes is still recognizing your iPhone, then Apple Devices is not installed and activating correctly. I'd suggest removing it and reinstalling and seeing if that helps. When working correctly, the newer Apple apps - Apple Devices, Apple Music, and Apple TV - take over those functions from iTunes and it will not longer show much of anything other than podcasts.

it’s very frustrating as I’ve gone thru the installation and uninstall process again and again and I can only count myself lucky that iTunes still is able to do what I need it for… when can Apple talk to MS clean and clear…? Sigh.
