I bought my IPad Air M2 on July, and it worked perfectly fine for about a month.
Recently, there has been a lot of idle battery drain (almost completely draining overnight), previously it only drained 5-6% . Did factory reset it, have only 1-2 apps on it, still it’s the same. Background app refresh was also disabled.

Have you updated it recently in the last few days? Then it could be that the iPad is still busy indexing and therefore there is more battery drain
Wait a few days to see if the issues persist
I am not sure,
But this thing started happening before the update only I suppose.
